My S.M.A.R.T fitness goals

Goal: I will reduce my body fat to 15% through regular exercise by 30 August 2010.
I will do this by:

Visiting the gym 3 times per week for no less then 30 min per session for at least 4 weeks.
Eliminating wheat & gluten from my diet forever.
Reducing the amount of alcohol & sugary drinks I drink [...]

Why I ditched extreme fitness and went local
