Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for taking the time to look at this blog, as I am sure you are a very busy person and have many important and pressing things to do, I feel I should explain myself a little. I am a young(ish) professional living on the current age. I currently reside in the UK, in an area called County Durham. This is a amazing and beautiful place.

I have recently been lucky enough to gain both a family and a house. The only way I can see that I can continue with this good fortune is to document it, share it and in future revisit it when times are different.
I intend to write about, the things I need for life to run smoothly. In no particular order, to realistically survive in the modern world, you need to be fit. Both physically and mentally. You also need to be financially astute.
I hasten to add, I am neither of these things, but they are both goals, I as a man aspire to possess.
This is how I will try. Right here.
